The 2nd Chios International Shipping Summit

🛳️ The 2nd Chios International Shipping Summit is approaching!
We are pleased to announce that the 2nd Chios International Shipping Summit will take place on 20 and 21 June 2025, in Chios and Oinousses, respectively.

This international event brings together key stakeholders from the maritime and academic sectors to discuss innovative developments in sustainable shipping, blue growth, and offshore renewable energy.

The Summit will also include a dedicated presentation of the MUSICA Project, showcasing its goals and achievements in the development of smart multi-use offshore platforms and alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

🚢 Transportation to Oinousses
To facilitate access to Oinousses, a dedicated ferry service will be provided by the Friends of Oinousses Association (SFO):

Departure from Chios Port: Saturday, 21 June 2025, at 09:00

Return from Oinousses: Same day at 19:00, arrival in Chios around 20:00

This schedule has been carefully designed to ensure participants can return in time for evening flights.

ℹ️ General Information
Participants are kindly asked to save or print the Entry Pass (QR Code) and present it upon arrival at the venue.

If you are unable to attend, please let us know in advance.

Please note that photos and videos will be taken during the event, which may be used for communication purposes by the University of the Aegean and media outlets.
